We on the IDM team would like to share some exciting news with you! This year is the launch of a brand new phenomenon: The INDUSTRY Gazette!
The INDUSTRY Gazette is a dance inspired newsletter for dancers currently training in a studio atmosphere. Sponsored by INDUSTRY Online Dance Magazine, the newsletter has been designed to inform and inspire you with the most current knowledge and headlines in the Canadian dance industry. Aiming to reach a demographic of dancers ages 12 to 18, this newsletter is equipped with audition postings, upcoming events, choreographer’s notes, trivia, contests, word puzzles, astrology, and our ‘Featured Dancer’!
Each studio has the opportunity to submit a student to be our ‘Featured Dancer’. This dancer can be nominated by YOUR studio owner, an instructor, or a fellow peer! The winner will receive a prize and a Q&A article in the INDUSTRY Gazette.
The INDUSTRY Gazette is published monthly, and will be launching its first issue this fall! Twenty complimentary issues are delivered to each studio in the lower mainland. Additional issues will be $0.50 per issue. With approximately 175 dance studios just in the lower mainland, we are reaching over 55,000 dancers.
